The ZIPBOLT™ Angled Slipfix is the latest product for the stair industry and the sister product of the Slipfix Railbolt. It was particularly designed for joining handrails to a post at an acute angle (upstairs joint). This applies, for example, to connections at the top corner of a staircase. The connector piece protruding from the wood is angled and therefore fits seamlessly into the corresponding counterpart in the post. Once the connection is made, tightening takes place using the ZIPBOLT™ gear drive system and a side ratchet tool or Allen key providing a perfect joint.
