Carcase and Frame Connectors for Furniture Construction and Interior Fittings

Our Modular System is a concealed, self-tightening, and disassemblable connector designed for furniture and cabinet construction. It can also be easily mounted on metal profiles and is compatible with wood, plastic, and chipboard materials from 16 mm thickness.

Versatile and Easy to Process

The system supports multiple processing methods, including table milling machines, CNC machining centers, long-hole drilling machines, and manual top milling machines. Fastening options include PH or SK screws (up to Ø = 4.5 mm) and shoulder-head screws, with length customizable to your needs.

Both individual and double connections are possible. For middle walls, you can combine a shoulder-head screw with a sleeve bolt featuring an internal thread. With the Modular 4031 connector, load capacity can be increased at greater depths. Cabinet floors can be inserted from front to back or top to bottom, ensuring maximum flexibility. Precise positioning is made easy with a drilling and depth jig for the connecting groove.
