Our return policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. You can send back all products from the online-store within 30 days of receiving the products. The items can be returned only if they have been unused, undamaged, and have their original packaging.

Please contact our customer service if you want to send a product back. It is necessary to discuss the return of goods with us prior to sending them back.

If you are returning products that weigh over 20kg and are not eligible for shipping, please contact our customer service in order to arrange a pickup.

After the end of the 30 days return period a return is only possible after consulting a customer advisor.

Your right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal as a consumer (private customer). According to §§5a ff consumer protection act: “A consumer can withdraw from an agreed contract over distance selling (like our online-shop) within 7 business days. Saturday is not counted as a business day. To cancel the order, just send us a cancellation email within the above timeframe. The 7 business day return period starts from the time the products were delivered to the customer or from the day of signing the contract for the services. If the consumer withdraws from a contract according to the contract terms, he/she has to pay the return shipping costs.

The 7 day cancellation policy does not apply to the services that have already been started.
